Originally starting in Te Aroha, Waikato, Pyramid Trucking Ltd also has bases in Wiri, Auckland, Tauranga, Napier and Whanganui.

We're currently looking for professional, enthusiastic, and experienced Linehaul Drivers to join our team based in Napier.

This is a full time position working approximately 55-65 hours per week which requires flexibility to meet client demands (includes weekend work). Shift work is required.

To be considered you will need to hold a current class 5 drivers licence and have experience with flat deck and curtain sider vehicles.

• Experience with HPMV permits and loads of up to 61 tonnes with at least 2 years experience.
• Professional and safe driving record.
• Able to drive different configurations of vehicles.
• Vehicle combination can be of length of up to 23 meters.
• Capable to work alone and night shift work.
• Work with chains so must be physically fit.
• Work with perishable goods.
• Ensure equipment is maintained to a high standard.
• Able to use forklift, to load pallets, tanks and steel bins.
• Must be able to complete and report pre trip inspections daily.
• Use electronic logbook and POD systems.
• Follow Health and Safety procedures
• Able to pass pre employment and random MOJ, drug and reference checks

DG and Forklift licences are preferred however we can help you gain these for the right candidate.
