Te Turanga | About the role

Being a member of the City Ops Amenity Cleaning Team means your focus is maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of important public spaces, particularly public toilets, water fountains and sports club amenities.

Our goal is to have the cleanest, most welcoming amenities in New Zealand. To achieve this, we're looking for people who are passionate about cleaning and dedicated to serving their community.

If you have a positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine willingness to listen, learn, and grow — we want to hear from you!

Rostered shifts over 7 days, typically Thursday through Monday

Our depot is located near Bayfair, Mount Maunganui.

Nga Pukenga | What you’ll need to succeed

You’ll need to be:
  • Confident working independently
  • Self-motivated
  • Reliable and honest
  • A good communicator
  • Have a full clean NZ drivers licence
  • A strong work ethic
  • Be able to use a mobile phone and basic apps
  • Health and safety focused
  • Able to follow a route map and work at pace
