About the Role: In your day-to-day responsibilities, covering the broader Waikato region. You'll interact with fellow service technicians, shipping providers, our customer care team, and, most importantly, our customers. Your role is pivotal in our customers' journey, ensuring they feel supported and empowered when they experience our products.

Sound knowledge of how spa pools work mechanically - from pumps and heaters to filters and control systems

Good working knowledge of pool equipment, water chemistry and treatment methods

Mechanical/technical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Exceptional attention to detail

Are reasonably physically fit, but very reliable and highly motivated

Can work independently and have superb time management

Role Responsibilities:

  • Perform repairs and general maintenance on a range of products including spa pools and swimming pools
  • Offer technical guidance to customers for any questions or issues.
  • Maintain diligent records and update information regarding active service requests.
  • Oversee the spare parts and assessment area.
  • Support the customer care team with technical guidance and bespoke solutions

About You: We're seeking an individual with strong technical acumen who is passionate about our customers and committed to delivering results. You should be thoughtful, thorough, and thrive on problem-solving.

You are:

  • Mechanically inclined with diagnostic abilities (knowledge of electrical and plumbing is advantageous).
  • Experienced in the spa and pool industry (though this is a plus, it's not an absolute requirement).
  • A confident and articulate communicator.
  • Adaptable and proactive in taking the initiative.
  • Available should travel be required
