We are hiring a motivated, reliable carpet installer with a positive attitude. Only apply if you are an experienced carpet installer meeting our criteria. The role offers competitive pay ($70-100k, including vehicle personal use and fuel card) and a supportive, flexible work environment with the ability to go home early when jobs are completed ahead of schedule and no further tasks remain.
Candidates will be paid for 40 hours regardless of actual hours worked. They must be skilled in solo or apprentice-assisted carpet installations, completing a minimum of 15m alone or 25m with an apprentice, depending on the job. Proficiency in conventional carpet (80% residential, 20% commercial), carpet tiles, sisal, loop pile, and cut pile carpets is essential.

- Strong references required: 2+ from clients for whom you’ve completed work, along with evidence of your expertise.
