We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in new builds, especially multi-complex residential construction, to take the lead on exciting new projects.
About the Role:As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring each project runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to deliver high-quality results that align with company standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
- Strong experience in multi-complex builds (townhouses, apartments, etc.)
- Pre-nail and framing knowledge and coordination expertise
- Current LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) certification
- Proven leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans, run site meetings, and manage subcontractors
- Health & Safety focused, with an eye for quality
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily site activities and teams
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
- Maintain strict quality control and compliance standards
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
- Monitor progress, order materials, and manage site documentation
- Oversee site Health & Safety protocols
