We're on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in new builds, especially multi-complex residential construction, to take the lead on exciting new projects.

About the Role:

As Site Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring each project runs smoothly, safely, and on time. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to deliver high-quality results that align with company standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Site Manager on residential construction projects
  • Strong experience in multi-complex builds (townhouses, apartments, etc.)
  • Pre-nail and framing knowledge and coordination expertise
  • Current LBP (Licensed Building Practitioner) certification
  • Proven leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, run site meetings, and manage subcontractors
  • Health & Safety focused, with an eye for quality

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate daily site activities and teams
  • Ensure project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Maintain strict quality control and compliance standards
  • Liaise with project managers, contractors, and inspectors
  • Monitor progress, order materials, and manage site documentation
  • Oversee site Health & Safety protocols
