Auto Electrician
AFT Workshop Ltd are looking for a qualified Auto Electrician to join their team.
To apply for this role, you must:- Be drug free
- Hold relevant Auto Electrical qualifications or strong industry experience
- Have excellent diagnostic and communication skills
- Take pride in your workmanship and attention to detail
- Be able to work to deadlines under pressure
- Class 4 and/or 5 license a bonus
- Air conditioning training a bonus
- Auto electrical diagnostics, repairs and installations on trucks, machinery and light vehicles
- Carrying out electrical maintenance across the AFT fleet
- Assisting workshop staff with electrical fault-finding
- Hours: 6:30am–5pm Monday–Saturdays

AFT Workshop service and maintain AFT Contracting’s fleet of trucks and machinery, and we are also beginning to undertake out-work throughout the Gisborne region.
AFT Contracting has a fleet of 11 logging trucks, 13 bulk trucks, 4 transporters & multiple roading crews across the Gisborne region with long-term secure contracts.
Currently AFT Workshop have 14 workshop staff consisting of Engineers, Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulic Hose Technicians, Auto Electrician, Tyre Fitter, Panel Beater/Painter, Service Admin & Apprentices.
