With a strong global presence and a fast-paced environment, this is a rare opportunity to step into a Senior Merchandise Planner role supporting the wholesale division locally in NZ, whilst building relationships with the brands globally.

You will play a key role in optimising stock strategies, ensuring seamless product flow across wholesale and retail channels, and building strong relationships with global brand partners. You'll work closely with internal teams, helping to drive sales, improve forecasting, and enhance inventory efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all seasonal orders and replenishment stock are accurately loaded, allocated, and actioned for key wholesale accounts.
  • Work closely with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies to optimise inventory levels and drive sales.
  • Manage all EDI seasonal orders for wholesale accounts and provide regular reporting and insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to improve efficiencies across wholesale and retail operations.
  • Work closely with planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow and enhance business performance.
About You:
  • Proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making.
  • Confident communicator - able to liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset.
