SWITTCH (Below Zero Limited) is a 100% New Zealand privately owned company in the Refrigeration, Heat Pump and Air Conditioning industry, based in Wellington. Our work encompasses all tasks of the industry, with a unique focus on high end delivery for our key customers in Wellington and across the country.
The role is available for a skilled, experienced and versatile technician to join a very diverse service department. To be a successful candidate, along with your own tools for the job, you will possess the following:- Strong diagnostic problem-solving skills are essential
- A continuing desire to learn
- Minimum qualifications: Trade certification as an RAC technician / Engineer
- 5 + years post apprenticeship in AC & R service work preferable but not essential
- EST NZ electrical practising licence
- Positive customer relation skills & neat appearance
- Be prepared to be part of the on-call team
- Excellent time management skills with a strong reliable work ethic to match
- Computer/ technology savvy
- Remuneration package commensurate to your experience
