Position: 80.00 hours per fortnight (weekend shifts included).

As a Department Team Leader, you'll inspire and lead a team committed to delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high stock standards, and driving store performance. You’ll Need:
- Proven leadership experience in a retail setting with a ‘lead by example’ mentality
- Experience in a big box retail environment (or strong small-box leadership skills to grow in a bigger setting)
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking
- Initiative and a proactive, "can-do" attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team effectively
