- Community Liaison Team, Step-Down CottageWakari HospitalPermanent full-timeSalary between $116,040 and $127,674 per annumHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is firmly grounded in the principles of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and is committed to building a health system that serves all New Zealanders.About the roleWorking in our Intellectual Disability Service, this role will initiate and facilitate mental health service educational requirements for all staff and provide educational support for other healthcare providers.The clinical nurse specialist in this role will not only develop and deliver mandatory training to the MHAIDs workforce, but also review workforce training needs and develop or facilitate new training alongside other agencies, as required.The role will model specialist mental health nursing care based on substantial theoretical knowledge and work with nursing staff to continually develop practice.
