The Role:
As a Full-Time Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of Urbano Interiors, providing a superior shopping experience and driving sales through expert product knowledge and design consultation. This role requires a flair for sales, a keen eye for design, and a commitment to achieving both individual and team targets.
Key Responsibilities: Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our product range.
Provide professional and knowledgeable advice on products, materials, and interior design solutions.Process sales transactions accurately, manage orders, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Maintain the visual presentation of the showroom, ensuring it is clean, well-stocked, and inviting.
Assist in inventory management and handling new stock deliveries.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and a positive work environment.
What You'll Bring: Proven experience in a retail sales environment, preferably in furniture, homewares, or a design-related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.A strong sales drive and proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Genuine interest in interior design and home décor.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic computer applications.
Availability to work a full-time schedule, including weekends and public holidays as required by the retail roster.
