Senior Duty Manager

As a Duty Manager, you need to be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our customers. This role requires someone who is energetic, friendly, and professional and enjoys going the extra mile for customers.

• Delivering a Super in-store shopping experience for customers.
• Building creative store and promotional displays, to help generate sales.
• Developing great product knowledge to assist customers with purchases.
• Delivering orders to our customers.
• General house keeping including stock taking, date checking and stock rotation
• Opening a closing of the store, banking and sales report
• Stock ordering and invoicing (to be trained )

Job Requirements

• A current Liquor Control Qualification (LCQ) and General Manager’s Certificate (THIS IS A MUST)
• A full clean current driver’s licence (Restricted is also fine)
• Previous experience working within the liquor industry.
• Specialist product knowledge i.e., beer, wine, spirits and RTDs (training will be provided)
• Ability to work independently and follow company processes and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Team player who is flexible and reliable
• Be physically fit as you will be required to lift, move, and deliver stock.
• A forklift licence is advantage – we are prepared to train and licence.
• Shifts including nights and weekends.
