Glass Projects is a reputable company specializing in the supply, installation, and maintenance of glass solutions for both residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a highly skilled Glazier to join our dynamic team to deliver top-quality glass installation and repair services.

• Measure, cut, and fit glass to precise specifications for different installations
• Install glass in residential and commercial properties, including windows, doors, mirrors, and skylights
• Repair and replace damaged or broken glass in a timely and efficient manner
• Installing Glass Balustrade Systems.
• Installing shower Systems
• Installing Frameless Galss Canopy systems
• Ensure that all installations comply with safety standards and building codes
• Handle glass with care to avoid damage and ensure quality
• Coordinate with project managers and other team members to meet deadlines
• Provide high-quality customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding the glass work
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
• Keep accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each project
• Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of safety equipment

• Hourly Rate: Minimum of $25 per hour, with a maximum of $35 per hour based on experience and qualifications
• Estimated Earnings: The actual earnings may vary depending on experience and the volume of work completed. Performance-based bonuses or commissions may be available
• Minimum Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week

• A minimum of 7 years of experience as a glazier or in a related trade
• Competent in installing Opus Balustrade systems.
• Competent installing Glass Pro shower Series
• Facade Aluminium Installation
• Competent in Shopfront Measuring and Prodim Measuring machine use.
• Knowledge in Unic Crane installation methods
• Commercial Hardware knowledge in Frameless Assemblies
• Competent Nupress Fitting Assembies and Frameless canopies.
• Ability to work throughout New Zealand
• Proven experience with glass cutting, installation, and repair
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenges in the field
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• A solid understanding of safety regulations regarding glass handling and installation
• Physically fit and able to lift and handle large glass panels and tools

• Relevant trade qualification in glazing or a related field
• Experience with a variety of glass types, including tempered, laminated, and insulated glass
• Experience in large-scale commercial glass installations
