Part Time Barista / Café Assistant

Sierra is a very busy café with a very friendly team that has a lot of energy and a playful atmosphere. We value your customer service ethic and food technical skill you bring to us.

We are looking for a new team members to join our team (Part time Barista / Café Assistant).

This position would suit someone who is super passionate about coffee and food who wants an opportunity to extend their knowledge of coffee and food, and is flexible to help where needed in the café.

As the ideal candidate you will have:

• A passion for coffee and food, and take pride in achieving high standards;
• The ability to work with high-volume in a fast paced environment;
• Great communication with a strong customer focus and can provide exceptional service;
• Able to multitask and work well in a team;
• Good time management & a positive professional attitude;
• Must have a high level of responsibility and able to work flexible hours & weekend.

• Learn to bake a variety of great food;
• Learn barista skill & latte art training;
