A licensed Immigration Adviser is a strong advantage (but not necessary), or someone who would be interested in working towards becoming qualified with our support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate AEWV workflows end-to-end (job checks, documentation, application support, tracking, deadlines)
• Build and maintain practical systems and controls (templates, checklists, trackers, audit-ready filing)
• Work with internal stakeholders (recruitment, operations, payroll, H&S) to gather information and keep cases progressing
• Provide practical pastoral care support to migrant workers before arrival, on arrival, and through early employment
• Take responsibility for this area as the internal lead, including continuous improvement and issue escalation

What we're looking for:

• Strong logistics and administration capability with high attention to detail
• Comfortable operating within precise rules, and able to maintain accuracy under pressure
• Confident taking ownership and running this function with minimal supervision
• Strong communicator with good judgement and discretion
• Genuine compassion and people skills, with appropriate professional boundaries
