You understand the importance of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and are skilled in applying its principles effectively in your role.You build and maintain positive relationships at all levels and model an agile approach, you learn quickly, adapt fast.
You are able to utilise advanced nursing knowledge and skills through reflective practice, critical thinking and professional judgement to provide competent care and advice while working to top of scope.Skills and ExperienceCurrent registration with Nursing Council of New Zealand as Registered Nurse and hold a current Annual Practising Certificate3+ years clinical experience, Authorised Vaccinator, demonstrating a high level of clinical expertise and clinical judgement, particularly when working with children and adolescentsAbility to demonstrate practice at a competent portfolio level or above.Child and whānau health related experienceAbility to work within a team and autonomouslyProven experience and competence using Patient Management SystemsAn eye for detail and commitment for continuous quality improvementExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsFull, New Zealand driver's licenceWith the support of Health NZ, you will proactively take care of your own health and safety, to ensure a safe and supportive work environmentWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
