Lead Installer - Outdoor Living Products

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Lead Installer to join the team at Outdoor Specialists', a well-established and respected provider of premium outdoor living solutions in the Hawke's Bay, Manawatu and Waikato region. As the Lead Installer for Patios and Louvres, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality installations for our valued customers, showcasing your exceptional workmanship and attention to detail.
This is a full-time position based in our Napier location.
What you'll be doing- Lead the installation of patios, louvres and other outdoor products ensuring they are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Liaise with customers to understand their requirements and expectations, providing expert guidance and advice
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process and provide solutions.
- Working with other team members to ensure the success of every project for our customers.
- Trade qualified or experienced in Outdoor living product installations.
- Excellent technical skills and a strong understanding of the installation process for a variety of outdoor structures
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and plans.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers and lead a team
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A valid NZ full driver's licence and the ability to travel to job sites as required
- Flexible with travel, based in Napier but have frequent out of town work.
