Builders Labourer (Apprenticeship Opportunity) & Qualified Builder

R S Wilson Construction Ltd is a growing Southland-based building company working across residential new builds, renovations, rural, industrial and commercial projects. We take pride in high-quality workmanship, good systems, and looking after our team.

We are currently looking for two people to join us:

Builders Labourer (with the opportunity to move into an apprenticeship)
Qualified Builder
Builders Labourer – Future Apprentice

This role is ideal for someone who wants a career in the building industry and is willing to put the work in to earn an apprenticeship.

We are looking for someone who is:

Reliable and punctual
Physically fit and happy to work outdoors
Keen to learn and take direction
Has a good attitude and work ethic
Has basic tool knowledge (a bonus but not essential)

Holds a restricted or full driver license

Qualified Builder

We’re also looking for a skilled, trade-qualified builder to join our crew.

What we’re looking for:

Trade-qualified carpenter
Experience in the building industry
Ability to work from plans and run small jobs as required
High standards of workmanship
Reliable, motivated and a team player

Full driver's license
