About this role- Permanent Part-time (18 hours per week)

Our Cleaners are responsible for providing an efficient and effective cleaning service for our residents at Highfield Lifecare. We only want the best for our clients, which is why we are seeking a reliable, helpful professional. This is an opportunity to work in an environment where we value career pathways and positive work ethics.
Skills & Experience- Previous cleaning experience preferred; however full training will be provided.
- Reliable and able to work shifts as rostered.
- Ability to work as part of a team and also independently.
- Ability to build good rapport with others and show empathy.
- Willingness to learn and ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
- Understanding of Nga Paerewa sectors standards and applying the Treaty of Waitangi standards in the workplace.
