- At least 1 year of experience in a similar industry
- Preferably have a manager certificate (or at least an LCQ certificate)
- Knowledge of cocktails, Mocktails, spirits, liqueurs
- Very good communication skills
- Excellent customer service
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Must be flexible to work late nights and public holidays
- Must have legal rights to work in NZ
- Training will be provided for both roles
