Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Duty Manager
Applicants for both positions should have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. both positions are long-term roles, guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week.
Restaurant / Food and Beverage Manager
Pay offered for this position between $30-$35 per hour.
Ideally you; • Must have a minimum 3 years relevant work experience (At least 2 year as a Restaurant Manager)- Must currently hold (or able to obtain) an LCQ Manager Certificate.
- Must be familiar with the NZ Food Safety Control Plan.
- Must have good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, NZ POS System, and social media for Business (i.e. Facebook and Instagram)
- Must have no criminal record, and able to have a drug test
- Must be able to relocate to a small town and stay long term
- Must be able to relate well to non-English speaking guests, especially Asian tour groups as this is a big client base of us
- Must be hard working and flexible with working hours as this position requires you to work well under pressure
- Preferably, able to also communicate in Thai.
Position summary
The employee is responsible for customer services and taking care of customer in the restaurant also will have to keep the restaurant in the best shape and clean at all time. He/she is able to work independently and efficiently to provide quality service according to the restaurant standard and within timescales required.
Responsibility and duties- Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
- Planning and organising special functions
- Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
- Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance
- Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service
- Selection, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
- May take reservations, greet guest and assist in taking orders

Ideally you; • Must have a minimum 3 years relevant work experience (At least 1 year as a Restaurant Supervisor)- Must currently hold (or able to obtain) an LCQ Manager Certificate.
