This role delivers nurse led follow up for people via the outpatient service and is responsible for patient education and specialist assessment including monitoring of response to treatment. The CNS for Stroke participates in the advancement of professional knowledge and skills within the specialty using evidence-based practice.About the Team/Service/LocationThe CNS role is an important role in the Stroke team.You will work with many clinicians to advance the treatment and outcomes for people who have experienced a stroke or stroke symptoms.Click here to learn more about the Bay of Plenty.About YouAs a Stroke CNS you will work in a multidisciplinary way with other health professionals.
