Your Mission:
As a Retail Sales Associate at PUMA, you'll be at the forefront of our retail experience. Your role will go beyond selling; you'll be shaping the customer journey and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression. Your key responsibilities include:

- Operational Mastery: Execute and process merchandise efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and a seamless shopping experience.
- Contribute to the Team: Be a vital part of our store’s success, whether it’s supporting new store openings or maintaining store conditions.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a customer-focused retail environment, ideally in apparel or footwear, with a track record of smashing sales goals.
- Sales Savvy: Proven ability to exceed targets, especially in a commission-based role, and a natural flair for connecting with customers.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey information and ideas clearly, whether it’s one-on-one with customers or presenting to a group.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and navigate complex situations with ease.
- Passion for Retail: A love for sports, fashion, and creating memorable customer experiences.
