About Our Role:
- Maxwell Lifecare located in sunny Blenheim
- Permanent Full-Time (32 or more hours per week)
- Hourly rate 31.23 per hour
- AM, PM, Night and Weekend Shifts
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere
Your Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience caring for others, ideally within an aged care environment.
- Minimum NZQA Level 4 Certificate in Health and Wellbeing, or an equivalent New Zealand or overseas qualification (e.g. Bachelor of Nursing, Diploma in Nursing)
- At least six months of experience as a Caregiver or similar role.
- Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- A genuine love for helping people, excellent customer service skills, with a friendly and positive attitude.
- A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
