What We’re Looking For- Full, clean Class 4 or Class 5 licence
- Forklift licence – not essential but preferred
- Experience operating mobile cranes up to 55T preferred — but training may be provided
- BESS, Site Safe, First Aid, and Working at Heights certifications (advantageous)
- WTR/F endorsements (advantageous)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain accurate written records
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, riggers, and dogmen
