Driver Class 5

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Class 5 Driver for local delivery weekend work. This position offers 40 hours per week with a schedule between 7:30 am to 5:30 pm.

• Safely and efficiently drive a Class 5 vehicle to make local site deliveries
• Load and unload cargo while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain accurate delivery records and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and cleanliness

• Valid Class 5 driver's license
• Clean driving record
• Strong knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
• Must be fit as you will need to pull the truck and trailer curtains as few times in a day
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• Drive designated routes and make local site deliveries in a timely and safe manner
• Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules
• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Perform vehicle safety checks and report any maintenance issues
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the company
