About the Role
This role combines Class 2/4 truck driving with general warehouse duties across both of our sites. You’ll be responsible for safely delivering steel, stainless steel, and aluminium orders — both locally and out of town — while also supporting day-to-day warehouse operations.
- Safely operate Class 2 and 4 flat deck trucks
- Deliver customer orders accurately, on time, and to a high standard
- Provide professional, friendly service to our customers
- Assist in warehouse operations: picking, packing, loading, and dispatching orders
- Complete delivery paperwork and basic computer entries with accuracy
- Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 7am (40–45 hours per week)
- Full Class 2 licence with a clean driving record (essential)
- Class 4 licence is desirable – if you don’t have it yet, we can support you to get it
- Forklift licence with practical experience
- Overhead crane operation experience – preferred
- Previous experience delivering steel or similar products – preferred
- Physically fit and capable of regular lifting
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
