We are looking for an experienced Registered Health Professional/Registered Nurse to join us as a Community Care Coordinator, based at the Te Whare Whakamana building on 17th Avenue, across from the Historic Village.This position involves compassionate client interactions and collaborative work with healthcare professionals, using phone and technologybased communication to guide clients toward the most appropriate services.This is a permanent, fulltime role (1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week) and requires flexibility to cover rotating weekend shifts.Click here to view the position description.About UsSituated on the sunny eastern coast of New Zealands North Island, the Bay of Plenty truly lives up to its name, offering vast goldensand beaches, bushclad mountains, lush farmland, and more.
