About the Role We're looking for a highly capable Senior Analyst, Digital Support to join our Digital Delivery and Support team at Queenstown Airport.In this role, you'll lead the charge in ensuring the stability and reliability of our digital and technology environments — from desktop support and infrastructure to networks, applications, information management, cybersecurity, and aviation security screening equipment.
You'll play a hands-on role supporting our frontline colleagues, monitoring digital services, and providing expert Tier 1-3 support in-person and remotely.This means proactivity in your day-to-day interactions building lasting relationships with our frontline and wider colleagues and being a trusted partner.
Travel to our Dunedin and Invercargill offices will be part of your role, so a full, clean NZ driver's licence is required.
You'll also participate in an afterhours support roster, ensuring critical services are always maintained.
The salary band for this position goes from $98,689 to $137,630 with a target starting salary of $115,378.
Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
What You Bring ✅ Relationships driven, proactive and a trusted pair of hands.✅ Strong technical expertise in software and hardware support, including Cloud environments and Office365.✅ Experience in a senior-level ICT support role, with hands-on problem-solving ability.✅ Industry certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft) preferred.✅ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills — technical or non-technical audiences alike.✅ Highly motivated, self-directed, and solutions-driven.
