We are seeking an Administration Assistant 2IC to join our dynamic team, based in Hamilton.
The administration department provides vital support services to our retail stores, including invoice and cashbook processing, stock control and reconciliation, overseeing building and facilities maintenance, and maintaining key internal controls.In this role, you will ensure that business processes and procedures are adhered to within the store; and consistently achieve results by key deadlines.
In this role you will:- Provide administration support and management services to the Proprietors, Managers, and team members in store
- Complete administration functions including accounts payable, reconciliations, internal controls, and facility management
- Complete month end reporting
- Develop relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Deal with a variety of audiences of differing levels of expertise in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven Administration experience
- Advanced time management and organisational skills
- A strong understanding of reconciliations, accounts payable, and accounting practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence, resourcefulness, and independence
