We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Installation & Service Coordinator to join our Technical Services team. This full time role plays a critical part in delivering a high-quality, project-based service to our Key Account customers by coordinating equipment installations, managing service providers, and supporting after-sales activities.

About the Role
Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination of equipment installations for Key Accounts, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed service standards. You will liaise closely with Sales, service providers, logistics partners, and customers to ensure a smooth and professional experience from order through to installation and follow-up support.
This is a hands-on coordination role with a strong administrative and customer service focus, suited to someone who enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You will bring a strong mix of coordination, communication, and technical understanding, along with a customer-focused mindset.
