Front line part time reception LINCOLN Christchurch
We are seeking a friendly proactive outgoing person with initiative and a dynamic attitude to interact with the public and our staff.We provide high quality clinical services and provision of glasses and contact lenses. And as the face and voice of our well established business you must possess confidence, outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities include frontline reception and active support of day to day administrative functions. A trusted position to open and close the practice.
The successful candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office ( word, excel and outlook), Mobile phone and texts. Training will be provided on practice database. The work includes completing invoicing, receipting and managing appointments.
- You must communicate effectively with all other staff to gain best outcome for a client.
- To ensure that procedures and matters to do with the practice are dealt with competently.
- To be competent about all matters ensuring clients confidence in the practice.
- Present a friendly and welcoming manner
Wednesday 8.15am-12.15pm( 4 hours).
