  • Take ownership and grow Pushbikes’ ecommerce performance
  • Hands-on role with real accountability
  • Permanent part-time role: 24 - 30 hours p/week (approx. 3 days)

This newly created role is designed for someone ready to take ownership of Pushbikes' online sales and digital presence while supporting our physical stores through high-impact marketing that drives real customers through the doors.

You'll be responsible for executing campaigns, creating content, improving conversion, and using data to make better decisions. This is a hands-on e-commerce and digital marketing role. You'll work closely with store teams and external specialists, but you are accountable for day-to-day performance, content execution, and results across our digital channels.

We're looking for someone who wants ownership and understands retail, e-commerce, and how marketing turns into revenue.

What you'll own:
  • Own and grow Pushbikes' online revenue across Shopify, Google, and Meta
  • Plan and execute promotions across online and in-store channels
  • Drive organic growth through SEO, content, and email marketing (Klaviyo)
  • Support Click & Collect, store events, reviews, and localised campaigns
  • Use GA4, data, and modern tools (including AI) to test, optimise, and improve performance
  • Work closely with store managers and external specialists to deliver results

You'll be able to focus on marketing performance and growth; product uploads and ERP stock feeds are handled by other team members.

What you'll bring

Must-haves:
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and SEO tools
  • Confidence creating video, imagery, and copy using modern tools
  • A data-driven mindset, comfortable setting targets and improving results
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • A genuine interest in cycling or the outdoors
  • Full NZ driver's license and ability to travel between stores
  • Flexibility to support occasional weekend events
Nice-to-haves:
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
  • Looker Studio reporting experience
  • Advanced GA4 testing or dashboarding
  • Experience coordinating campaigns across multiple retail locations
Why Pushbikes?:
  • Competitive pay
  • Staff discounts and access to the latest bikes and tech
  • Flexible working (including some WFH)
  • Supportive, like-minded team
  • A rare opportunity to combine e-commerce marketing with a genuine lifestyle passion

If you enjoy ownership, autonomy, and being accountable for results, you'll thrive here.

Apply now with your CV and a short note explaining why this role is a good fit for you.
