This is a fantastic opportunity where you'll be part of a supportive and collaborative work environment, with the chance to grow your skills and contribute to the company's success.
The role is Tuesday - Friday 7am - 5pm with possible overtime on Mondays.
Daily Responsibilities as a Factory Team Member:
- Machine operation including filling machines, case packers, and palletizing robots
- Assisting with general production line duties, such as sorting, quality control, and packing products
- Dealing with damaged and wasted product to maximize production uptime
- Performing product packing and batching
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness on the production line and equipment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous factory work experience is ideal, but not essential
- Physically fit and able to lift 25 kg repetitively - you wont need a gym membership!
- Reliable, honest, and a team player who enjoys working with a diverse group
