Office Accounts Administrator

Duyvestyn Drainage /Goodrick Contracting is a dynamic and growing business, committed to excellence in service and operations. We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our Administration team and contribute to the smooth running of our accounting and financial processes.

This position is Office based - Monday to Friday -30 hours p/week

• Process payables invoices, purchase orders, and payments with a high level of accuracy and data entry in a timely manner
• Reconcile supplier statements and follow up on discrepancies
• Support month-end and year-end financial processes
• Assist with payroll, and expense processing as required
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and other departments
• Provide administrative support to the finance and wider team.

• Proven experience in an accounts or finance administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero) is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A relevant qualification in accounting, finance, or business (desirable but not essential)
• Eligible to work in New Zealand
