Your new company:
Our client is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to lead and elevate their corporate services capability in a complex and high-impact environment.
Your new role:
As CFO, you'll oversee finance, payroll, internal audit, asset management, and information systems. You'll drive financial strategy, operational performance, and systems development, ensuring robust compliance and effective stakeholder engagement.As a member of the executive team, you'll influence organisational leadership and direction.
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Oversee statutory compliance and audit requirements
- Manage treasury, asset management, and property strategy
- Provide leadership to information systems services and payroll teams
- Deliver timely business insights, KPIs, and performance analysis
- Partner with the CEO, Board, and senior stakeholders
- Guide governance and risk management
- Foster professional development and succession planning within the team
Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification (CA or equivalent preferred)
- Experience in senior financial leadership roles
- Experience managing finance,IT, payroll, and audit functions
- Strong strategic, analytical, and leadership capabilities
- Proven change management and commercial acumen
- High-level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
