Our main sites are Middlemore Hospital, Kidz First Hospital and Manukau Health Park.We are part of Health New Zealand - Te Whatu Ora, the overarching organisation for New Zealand’s national health service. HNZ leads the day-to-day running of the health system, with functions delivered at local, district, regional and national levels.
About the role:The Intensive Community team provides culturally responsive specialist mental health care for those with serious mental health and addiction problems. We serve the communities of South Auckland including Otahuhu, Manukau, Manurewa, Papakura and across the Franklin region.We are currently seeking a highly motivated, experienced nurse to join us as a Clinical Coordinator.

A key focus of this position is to coordinate effective care and service delivery to our Tangata Whaiora and Whanau. You will work from our base at Lambie Drive Manukau but will also be supporting clinicians who at times may be working from other locations.If you are an experienced mental health clinician, and looking for an exciting leadership role, then we would love to hear from you!Already we have made some significant changes in the way we work, which are having a positive impact on service user experience.
