Diesel Technician
Due to an internal promotion an exciting opportunity is available to join the crew at TruckStops Wellington.
**What You'll Be Doing:**
Under the guidance of the Service Foreman and Lead Hand, you'll be- Working on servicing and repairing top brands like Volvo, Hino, Mack, and Renault.
- Mentoring and training apprentice mechanics - sharing your knowledge and shaping the future of the trade.
- Helping our customers keep their businesses running smoothly with quality work that minimizes downtime.

**What We're Looking For:**- Pride in your work with a solid focus on delivering top-notch repairs with minimal downtime.
- Safety first mentality - both for yourself and your team.
- A positive attitude with a can-do spirit, and you're someone who enjoys being part of a great team culture
- Experienced in Heavy Diesel Mechanics, preferably with NZQA qualifications in Heavy Road Transport or Heavy Plant and Equipment.
- Ideally, you've got a Class 5 license, but don't stress - we can help you get that if needed!
