We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic, reliable, people-focused team member to join our Showroom Team, one of the most inspiring spaces in our store! If you have experience in bathrooms, plumbing, or kitchens and you love delivering outstanding customer service, this is the perfect opportunity to put your skills and creative flair to work.
In this hands-on, customer-focused role, no two days will be the same. You'll help customers bring their ideas to life while supporting a busy and energetic showroom environment.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll play a key part in ensuring our Retail and Trade customers receive exceptional service and support. We're looking for someone who's flexible, proactive, and excited to go the extra mile. Alongside customer-facing duties, you'll also support our design team and get involved in stock merchandising and stocktaking.

The Details
This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week on a Tuesday to Saturday roster pattern, hours may vary to support leave cover, late-night trading, special events, and daylight savings.
