- Working in the Food Truck and Food/Drink Services as cook/chef
- Prep to Food Truck Services
- Assist in all training of staff
- Assist in ordering of food/produce and beverage stock
- Rotation and quality control of stock
- Taking customer orders and handling money
- Replenishing & rotating of stock
- Undertaking general waiting duties for both food and/or beverage
- Clean and maintain service area, coffee-making area and espresso machine, toilets.
- People orientated with excellent customer service skills
- Assist with bus tour groups including catering, preparation and clean up
- General assistance around Woodstone Farm, if required, feeding animals, plant
maintenance and any other duties as reasonably requested by employer
