Customer Service and Communication

Sales
> The sales opportunity is available at every customer appointment.
> Our customers deserve to have the opportunity to purchase additional HRV products that benefit them, their families and their homes.
> Proactively drive customer upsell opportunities with our full range of Home Solution Products. Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities and implementation of them to bring to life and achieve results

> Team and individual targets weekly/monthly are expected to be achieved.

General
> Complying with the company as vehicle policy including keeping the vehicle in a clean and tidy condition at all times.
> Enjoying your work role.
> Supporting other Team Members and promoting a positive team environment. Attending training sessions as and when specified.

> Any other duties as directed from time to time by the Team Leader

Installation Administration

> Completing all documentation in a tidy manner to correct company standards. Providing as much detail as the situation may require.
> Returning all payments and paperwork to the Office Administrator that day or the following morning, making them aware of any action we need to take.
> Co-coordinating with the Office Administrator regarding inventory management and control. Ensuring that inventory levels are sustainable to meet installation requirements and records are accurate.

> Participating in the development and improvement of our internal installation systems and processes. Keeping up to date with product development and innovation within the industry.

General Duties & Responsibilities
> Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
> Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
> Support and help develop a positive workplace culture. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills.
> Responsibly manage all business resources within accountability levels.

> Promptly undertake to complete all reasonable and lawful instructions and directions given. Serve the business in good faith, promoting and protecting the business's best interests.
