Experienced tether felling machine operator

We are looking for an experienced Steep Slope Mech Felling Operator to join our forestry harvesting crews operating in largely in the South Waikato area. This is a safety critical role so suited to a competent machine operator who is confident working in steep terrain and high-risk environments.

• Mech felling and steep slope qualifications
• Proven forestry steep slope tether felling machine experience
• Competency in large tree and production felling
• Experience in steep slope and cable logging operations
• Strong hazard awareness and risk assessment skills
• Physically fit, reliable, drug free and team oriented
