Bar Manager
Rotorua
We are looking for responsible Manager to organize and run our Bar located at Rotorua. Our ideal candidate will have a sharp business mindset. You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems. Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since you’ll often be acting as a liaison between owners, employees and customers.
Lead, train, and motivate bar staff to deliver warm, professional service
Manage stock control, ordering, supplier relationships, roasters and inventory costs
Ensure compliance with NZ licensing laws, host responsibility, and health & safety requirements
Collaborate with the kitchen and restaurant management team to ensure seamless service
Handle customer feedback with professionalism and care
Curating a compelling selection of craft beers and innovative cocktails.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting bar environment.
Ultimately, the duties of the Manager are to make sure our bar operates effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.
You must be available on weekends and public holidays.
Benefits- Wages - $29-$36/hour
- Working Hours - Min 30 hrs/week
- Level 5- Certificate or Diploma is required.
- OR two years of relevant experience is required.
- You must have valid LCQ and Manager's Certificate. You must be above 20 years of age.
