Store supervisor - Te Kuiti

We are looking for energetic TWO STORE SUPERVISORs to join us from now to start ASAP

Ideal Experience: Barista/Café experience//Retail Experience

• Actively engaging with customers, ensuring that all customers receive consistently high standards
• Receiving telephone enquiries, answering, or directing them accordingly
• Assisting with Store sales as required and handling subsequent charges/costs involved
• Food and drink are presented as detailed to you by management every time, no matter how busy or quick the orders are coming to you
• Demonstrate respect, responsiveness, and professionalism
• Problems and complaints are acknowledged, and attempts made to resolve them in a timely fashion, seeking advice from management where required
• Undertaking the morning start-up and evening shut down of the site as required
• Order stock and interacts with vendors delivering goods and coffee making
• Re-stocking of cabinets/fridges/freezers etc. as tasked to you, using initiative where required
• Cleaning duties completed efficiently and as directed, using initiative where required
• Assisting in evacuation and emergency situations
• Understand and consistently meet your obligations of the GAS STATION policies and procedures
• Responsible for compliance of occupational health and safety regulations
• Provide supervision and organizing training and development of staff as per requirements
• Hourly Rate $23.50 to $ 24.00
• Must have minimum 1 Year experience or Minimum relevant Diploma level 5 or above qualification
• These positions are permanent Full Time Minimum of 30 hours or could be more
