Dr. Rudi’s is serving up good times, frothy brews, and legendary views on the Auckland Viaduct—and we’re on the hunt for a Pizza Chef de Partie to join our high-energy kitchen team. Known for our bold flavours and fun vibes, we’re looking for someone who knows their way around a pizza oven and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

As our Pizza CDP, you'll take charge of our pizza section, pumping out crowd favourites with consistency, creativity, and flair. You’ll work closely with a passionate team to deliver quality pizzas that keep the good times rolling—day and night.

• Running the pizza section during service
• Prepping dough, toppings, and ingredients to perfection
• Maintaining consistency and quality across every order
• Keeping your station clean, organised, and efficient
• Supporting the kitchen team during peak service
• Bringing energy and pride to every shift

• Solid experience in a similar CDP or pizza chef role
• Confidence working the pizza oven and managing a fast-paced section
• Passion for great food, great service, and kitchen culture
• A cool head under pressure and great communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a love of fresh ingredients
