Key Position Stats:- Full time position
- 37-40 hours a week
- 5 days a week
- Some weekend work

- Support the store manager
- Set a good example for the team
- Oversee, train and coach team members
- Coordinate and plan for smooth store operations
- Perform team member tasks
- Previous experience supervising a team
- Proven previous attendance record
- A passion for customer service and for developing others
- Ability to achieve results
- Be an open, frank, and precise communicator
- Be approachable, energetic, confident, and eager to learn
- Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation
