Machine Operator

We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused Machine Operator to join our team in Hamilton. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong safety awareness, good communication skills, and a reliable work ethic.
What you’ll be doing- Operating civil machinery on site, including rollers, loaders, diggers and excavators. Every day is different!
- Assisting with general civil works as required.
- Carrying out daily machine checks and reporting any issues.
- Working alongside other operators and site staff.
- Previous experience operating civil machinery (essential).
- Valid Class 2 driver’s licence.
- WTR endorsement.
- Strong awareness of machine care and maintenance.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable and safety-focused work ethic.
