Legal Receptionist - Christchurch
We are a busy professional law firm located in central Christchurch. We are seeking a Receptionist/Junior Secretary to join our friendly team to provide reception and office support.
Your duties will include the following:
- answering telephones
- greeting clients
- typing and document production
- data entry
- mail management
To be successful in this role, you will need to be well presented, proficient using Microsoft Word, well organised and have excellent attention to detail. You will also be the firm’s first point of contact for many of our clients, so you will need to be friendly, have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Opportunities for advancement through the firm exist for the right employee. Full training will be provided.
This role may suit a school leaver with good general computer skills looking for the first rung on the ladder. A high standard of English language skills is essential.
