• What You’ll Be Doing:
• Precision fitting and turning for components used across dairy, meat, and food processing industries.
• Working on manual and CNC machinery, with access to high-quality tooling.
• Interpreting detailed drawings and executing complex jobs to exacting standards.
• Maintaining clean, organised workspaces — because you know that detail starts with discipline.
• Collaborating with a team that genuinely cares about the final result — not just clocking hours.

• What We’re Looking For:
• Trade-qualified Fitter Turner with 5+ years’ experience in a machine shop environment.
• Confident with manual machining — CNC experience is a strong advantage.
• Clear communicator, self-motivated, and mechanically sharp.
• Reliable, consistent, and proud of your work.
• New Zealand citizenship required (this is a non-negotiable for the role).
