Forklift Driver

Our Hastings-based client seeks a motivated and safety-conscious Forklift Driver to join their team. This ongoing assignment with day and night shift rotations, supporting the production team and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.

• $25.00 per hour plus shift allowance and overtime.

Hours:

• Mon-Wed: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Thurs: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Approx. 44 hrs/week)

• Mon-Wed: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (36 hrs/week)

• Operate the forklift to assist production.
• Support production team tasks.
• Adhere to site health and safety procedures.
• Work within the production area.
• Maintain awareness around machinery.

• Current OSH forklift license required.
• Physically fit and a team player.
• Flexible with hours, including rotating shifts.
• Positive and friendly attitude for building workplace relationships.
• Background check through the Ministry of Justice required.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
